Serving the families of Lemon Grove for almost one hundred years, our district is comprised of 6 schools educating over 4000 students in Preschool through Grade 8.

This year we are celebrating the opening of the Lemon Grove Academy for the Sciences and Humanities.  The school emphasizes the importance of accelerating learning in the areas of science, technology, engineering and math and will serve students from Preschool to Grade 8. In March, the new Lemon Grove Library will be opening on the middle school campus, providing students with expanded access to resources throughout the entire County Library system.

Each of our schools provides a solid, research-based program for students. With newly adopted instructional materials, highly qualified teachers and support staff, and a focus on continual improvement, our District stands by its commitment to maximize achievement for every student. Accelerating the use of 21^st century skills, we are preparing students to compete in a global economy. Our District’s focus on Health and Wellness supports personal growth and encourages children to reach their “personal best”.
