The interdistrict attendance permit form is used for student transfers to or from another District.  If you are coming to Lemon Grove from another District, this form must be signed by that District authorizing the release of your child.  If you are leaving the Lemon Grove School District, this form must be signed by the Lemon Grove School District authorizing the release of your child.  The decision to approve or deny your request is made by the District where you want  your child to attend.
